Dean Buchanan - Group Program Director,

96.9 FM in Sydney with a bang as well as acquiring
new radio licenses across Australia is our fifth
keynote speaker.

Dean has provided world standard guidance to more
than 30 successful stations in highly competitive
markets throughout the UK, Europe, Australia and
New Zealand and is thus well qualified to lead
the DMG Programming team. Dean was the first executive
appointment made to the new Sydney radio station
and thus has had the unique opportunity of building
a radio station from scratch. Dean Buchanan brings
a range of skills to the DMG Group, particularly
in strategic programming and on air talent development.
His substantial experience is not limited to any
single format, allowing the new Sydney station
to be totally responsive to audience needs and
each group network to develop its own niche format.
