EVENT TIMING

Registration & badge collection is from 8 am Thursday & Friday, 9 am Saturday at venue. Techxpo stands open at 9 am to 6:00 pm. Seminars start promptly at 10 am and end 6 pm. Networking drinks run from 6-7:30 pm Thursday & Friday.

All booking forms or queries to Lisa Treen by fax on (02) 9557 7788 or by mail to 20 Hordern St,. Newtown NSW 2042. Payment must accompany form by due dates for advantage of early bird rates.

RECEIPTS

A receipt will immediately be mailed upon payment of your registration. Use it for collection of badge & materials at venue.

REGISTRATION RULES

Cancellation of early bird rego is no later than July 4, cancellation of pre-registration by July 18. We will allow substitute attendee if notified in writing by July 18. A $55 processing fee will be charged for refunds. No refunds for no shows.

REGISTRATION FEE

Includes badge for full access to all seminar sessions, Techxpo & all materials including our showbag, conference booklet, list of registrants, coffee during breaks & after session drinks. Lunch not included in price but available on-site.

SPEAKER OR PROGRAM CHANGES

For reasons beyond our control, we may need to change the content, speakers, timing of the programme or the venue. Speakers are confirmed at the time of this brochurešs release and may change due to their personal or business scheduling. Changes will be advertised as advised.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We offer a wide variety of sponsorship opportunities including networking drinks sessions, pens, pads, individual sessions, etc. Your idea may be the best marketing tool to promote yourself to a highly targeted audience with a very precise & unified focus of interest in entertainment.

TECHXPO EXHIBITION SPACE

Only 12 of our 4 metre x 2 metre stand spaces are available for exhibiting music technology, software, Internet concepts, services and products. Previous stands have been by Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Liquid Audio, ChaosMusic, OzEmail, Oasis Post, Adimex, Mannys, Pacific Mirror Image, Pacific Advanced Media, AEROS, and PCM. This area has the bonus of being open to the public & attendees. Cost is $3,000 for floor space & electricity, stand to be erected & dressed by client.

ADVERTISING & SHOWBAG

Our program book given to each delegate includes all contacts for attendees and is open for advertising in mono only. Rates are full page $750, 1/2 page $400, 1/4 page $250. Showbag inserts are $550 for each item whether a package, CD, brochure, disk, publication or any items in one container. (All prices above include GST)
