We are now working exclusively with digital art, NOT film as in the past. We will ONLY accept the following two file formats (absolutely no Word or Photoshop docs, etc). We will not create or edit your artwork.
Option 1 PDF
High resolution press PDF (the minimum resolution is 300DPI) sized to the correct dimensions, listed on the left. All fonts must be included in the PDF file or converted to outline. No RGB elements. The PDF must be checked by either Flightcheck or Pitstop for errors.
Option 2 JPEG
High resolution, high quality JPEGs (minimum resolution is 300DPI) sized to the correct dimensions, listed on the left.
Full Colour Ads
For full colour ads all images have to be be in CMYK with maximum ink weight of 300%. No RGB elements. If possible please supply an accurate proof for all colour ads.
Mono Ads
Mono ads must be in greyscale only and not RGB or CMYK.
Spot Colour Ads
We do not print PMS colours. Spot colour prices are based on Cyan, Magenta or Yellow only. Combinations of two process colours (CMY) to create another colour will be based on total CMY films supplied. For example, the colour Red, is produced combining 100% Magenta and 100% Yellow. Green is 100% Cyan, 100% Yellow. Therefore spot Red and Green are generally classed as two colours not one. Purple, as an example, is full colour.
Conditions On All Ads
Ads may not be cancelled after booking deadline date. All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher. All advertising prepaid with artwork or by art deadline. Credit only to established accounts by contract.
